Chicken brochette marinated in spicy & aromatic mixture

For 3 brochettes
- 1 packet brochettes from organic chicken legs BIOGRECO
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sweet curry
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ cup (125 ml) of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Tinfoil
Directions:
Mix the olive oil, the honey, the curry, the mustard, the ketchup, the salt and the pepper. Put in a bowl the brochettes of chicken legs fillet and pour them with that mixture. Turn the brochettes in order the marinade to cover them all over, cover them with tinfoil and grill them in preheated oven at 200o C for 50 minutes. Then, uncover, raise the heat to 220o C and grill them for 10 more minutes.
